I recently rented it from Netflix. Adrien Brody was the only real reason I wanted to see it. I had mixed feelings about it. It was such a mixture -- excellent dialogue and acting, but also much too violent and graphically disgusting, and with a horrible and sad ending. Plus the two protagonists did things that were totally inconsistent with their characters.

But Adrien did a nude sex scene. I didn't even care that his partner was a mutant. That part was so outlandish I couldn't take it seriously. But seeing Adrien with his shirt off and his pants down, doing all that kissing, and being so ardent and passionate, blew the rest of the movie out of my mind. His body was so beautiful. His face, which I've always loved, was so sensitive. I went into an erotic tailspin. Holy Hannah, he is the sexiest man on the planet.
