what is a good sniper to start with?

i've been playing airsoft for about 4 years.

i pay for all my guns and gear.

i want to start sniping.

whats a good rifle (preferrably bolt-action) to start with?

i have to pay for it, so i'd like it to be $120 or less, but i'm open to any suggestion.
