Anyways, I think Ozai is more evil b/c of the way he, you know, wanted to destroy people and nations... I think poor Azula just wanted to belong in her family of wackos, unlike her brother Zuko (love ya Zuko!). And so she acted as her father did and did things that he would approve of.

I loved Azula and her angry and pretty much evil ways throughout the series, and even when her anger drove her to insanity at the end. :)

Azula no question! in the finale it was her evil scheme to burn the Earth Kingdom to the ground. That is EVIL!

I honestly would say Ozai. Azula just seemed more evil because she was a sociopathic whacko, with no regard for anyone's well-being but hers. she does bad things as spur of the moment ideas. and she just wanted to be loved more. i think that she was neglected. Ozai was more planning and scheming. and he was gonna kill a 13-year-old kid!

Azula's just love starved and seeks it in her own 'taught to be demented way.' Who else programmed her to be a sick sadist except daddy dearest.
