i think both are good villans but azula is cool, calm, and psycho!!!!!!

Azula! She is so powerful and has an amazing theme song! Plus she actually does stuff, so far Ozai has just mostly been sitting on his throne lol. She's my favorite character! ;)

lol, i don't know why a fake account would have to make a pick. this was a good pick! i like azula best, because she uses a special technique no one else does, cold blooded fire. Yeah...even the laziness of ozai doesn't use it from what we've seen...

By far! I love Azula! Definitely one of my favorite villains in any tv show! haha ClassicalNadia-- the theme song is great! I love that she's like the only one with a theme song. She is rather creepy, but she does creepy so perfectly that you can't help almost liking her. It's kind of backwards. haha.

well, I think the fire lord is a charming guy... I loved him at the fight on the last episode.

I think Ozai had potential to be a great villain, and in a way, he was. But I think they could have built onto him a little more, (though they built him up by not showing his face until season 3- that was awesome, and his bending is great). I think they could have made him more complex. One of the reasons I love Azula is because she's complex, she's not like that because she's just 'the bad guy', she's complicated.

Ozai has hints of his past, like the way Azulon treated him, and a few words said in the series "we used to be happy" -Zuko, "my brother doesn't regret anything" -Ozai. My biggest problem with him is that he's the main villain, yet we don't have a back story for him. We have a backstory for Hama, for Zhao (sorta), Azula, Zuko, Iroh (sorta), etc. But for the MAIN VILLAIN, we got hints. I think that makes him mysterious, though. I just wish they put more things about him in.

Plus, Azula is my favorite character in the series. I'll always stand by her.

Hands down. Azula is the best villain on the show. Up until the very end, Ozai pretty much just sat on his bum. Azula was out there kicking some major ass. She accomplished so much. She took down Ba Sing Se. She took down the Avatar. She's batshit insane and I love it.
