He would try to destroy what was left of the Water Tribes-I mean, by this time, the Northern Tribe would probably be changing the Southern tribe a bit, making it better, and adding a few waterbenders to their tribe. Ozai would find it necessary to finish them off.

Of course. The Earth Kingdom is almsot all the land mass on earth. If the fire nation control that, they control everything. They would not stop at the water tribe.
