With the popularity of Avatar being the biggest grossing film of all time, what do you think about a "Pandora" section created for a theme park like Universal Studios "Jurassic Park?" Just think of rides and attractions it could offer!
Hmmm. I'm not really sure of the idea but I bet Disney can find innovative ways when it comes to the theme park or just the ride designs. Riding a ikran? Might be uncomfortable. It could possibly be just like the Jurassic Park theme park, where a Titanothere could pop out of the forest and scare you lol. Disney can't build Hometree because there is already a big tree in the safari theme park which is the centerpiece.
Well one thing is for sure, if they do have it, I'm visiting it :)

Perhaps Hometree could be done in a themed restaurant. Think Rainforest Cafe. I think the tree base area could be the centerpiece with seating in and around it. Big screen visuals of the Pandora forest including plants and animals would surround the seating ???
That sounds like it could be really cool! I just don't know how they would make the rides and stuff.

My idea would an Avatar section featuring three areas. Possilby 1) Military/Labratory Base 2) Pandora Forest and 3) Pandora Skies. The Base would feature a military style set with simulated weapons such as AMP and Helicopter. Action ride could be included. The second section, a beautiful fantasy forest, would have a water raft ride similar to Jurassic Park. The third section would highlight flying over Pandora and battle sequence. Ride could be similar to Disney's Soarin' at DCA at Disneyland Resort. There could be a couple themed restaurants and shops featuring Avatar merchandise. An advanced game arcade and vitual experience might be part of the sections. Imagine the beauty of Pandora forest at night with the glowing flowers viewed from boat ride, high-tech base labratory and exciting "flying" ride over Pandora in a state-of-the art simulator. Guess there could be a themed roller coaster in one of the sections. Just thinking. What your idea?
OMG THAT WOULD BE SO AWESOME!!!!!!!! but the thing is universal didnt produce Avatar, so they wont have it there, sadly. besides, they just put in a Harry Potter thing in so yeah...

Universal had a Star Trek show at one time in California. ST is Paramount owned, so I deal could be made, since Fox doesn't have a theme park. I don't know if Harry Potter will hold up now as an entire section. Seems people got tired of it as the kids got older.
