Anyone good at making screencaps? I want one fromt he Canarys Song! :)

So i totally want a screencap/icon to make as my computer desktop background/avatar for fanpop but i dont know how to make screencaps. does anyone here know how to make them and be able to do some from that last EXCELLENT scene? XD
