What do you consider to be the main moral or message of each DP film? (Feel free to explain why if you feel the need/want.)

For example:
Snow White- Keep a positive outlook on life, no matter what it throws at you.
Cinderella- Stay true to your virtues and you will be rewarded.
Sleeping Beauty- Sometimes bad things happen for no reason and we have to make the best of it.
Little Mermaid- Do not limit yourself culturally after one bad experience with another culture.
Beauty & the Beast- A balanced personality is key.
Aladdin- The grass often looks greener on the other side; Doesn't always mean it is.
Pocahontas- Racism and impulsivity are not the answer; Communication and understanding are.
Mulan- In order to grow, one must challenge themselves.
Princess & the Frog- In order to achieve success, one must be willing to earn it.
Tangled- Sometimes you have to put yourself before your family to get your own life.
Brave- We must listen when others talk to us and put ourselves in their shoes if we truly want to understand them and where they are coming from.
Frozen- Humans were not made for isolation; Support and companionship makes us stronger and better people.

I also really love what you said about the message for Tangled, especially considering she is an artists and a love of artists who do the best say they do so by exploring outside of their comfort zones. :D

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs: you have the power to make any experience a positive one

Cinderella: you will be rewarded if you are kind, hardworking, and optimistic

Sleeping Beauty: true love (and cooperation) conquer all

The Little Mermaid: never give up on your dreams, even when they seem impossible to achieve

Beauty and the Beast: inner personality counts more than outer appearance

Aladdin: lying won't help you, being honest and staying true to yourself will

Pocahontas: other cultures aren't bad, just different, and we should act with peace, open mindedness, understanding, and love when we encounter them

Mulan: don't limit yourself to society's standards, be who you are and do what you believe is honorable

The Princess and the Frog: hard work is necessary if you want to achieve your dreams, but overworking yourself isn't the answer

Tangled: most things aren't what they seem

Brave: admitting your mistakes, apologizing, and trying to make up for them are the bravest things you can do

Frozen: family comes first
