Hi guys, it's been ages since I had written my last article that I decided to write another comparison article. This time it is both Anastasia and Cinderella, ready?
Anastasia
So, we all know about what happened to Anastasia. Upon watching this for the first time in many years, it was like Anastasia became Cinderella because she was like the lost princess that her beloved grandma is looking for, hence the ballet by Sergei Prokofiev was shown during the scene when they were in Paris, France.
The music box plays a role in the movie, it is very similar with the glass slipper in Cinderella. Both items play a symbolic role in both films. The only difference is that there is no wicked stepmother in Anastasia!
Cinderella
Both similarities between Anastasia and Cinderella is that they are both orphans, the only difference is that the latter has 2 wicked stepsisters and a wicked stepmother. They bully her for 24/7 by making her household chores and forbids her from going to the ball!
As mentioned, like the music box, the glass slipper plays a symbolic role in this movie. The Prince uses it to find Cinderella while Anya's grandmother uses the music box to look for her missing granddaughter.
At the Beginning
So, there you have it. 2 princesses who have found their loved ones as well as finding their own happiness in the end!

Stepmothers are always seen as evil or bad in these movies but what if there is another side to the story and they have their reasons for their actions >>>

1) Josh Groban
I have always been a fan of him and after listening to his rendition of If I Can't Love Her from the musical version on Youtube. I personally felt that Josh should have been cast as the Beast!
2) Urs Buhler & Carlos Marin (Il Divo)
Just so you know that Carlos Marin had previously played the Beast in the Madrid production of Disney's Beauty and the Beast, and I personally felt that his voice is more suitable.
The second choice was his Swiss bandmate, Urs Buhler because he has both the looks and voice for both Prince Adam and the Beast.
3) Il Volo
The Jonas Brother version of Il Divo, they sound perfect and Prince Adam would definitely sound very operatic. Do you agree?
Let The World Be Done with Me!
Here are my 3 choices, do you agree?
"Well well, isn't it a coincidence that 2 princesses and 2 princes from 2 different eras meet each other. I'm not surprise at all!" said Maleficent coolly.
"Who are you?" asks Cinderella, frightened and trying to keep her voice as calmly as ever. "I'm Maleficent, the Mistress of all Evil." replied Maleficent with pride, Aurora suspects that this isn't the Maleficent that she always knew, as she can tell from the glow onto her eyes. This is an evil Maleficent!
Aurora immediately yelled "You are not Maleficent! You're the evil Maleficent!" At this point, Maleficent declares "It's true! I'm not your Maleficent anymore and I was the one who magically transported you here!" She cracks into her evil laughter and vanishes.
At this point, Aurora bursts into tears and Cinderella, Prince Philip and Kit came to comfort her. Saying that the evil fairy will be perished.
