	Straggy picked The way Ariel's hair looks underwater has always mesmerized me: When I was a kid, I always thought "21st year" meant that the curse was supposed to last 21 years. And that they wouldn't age for that time period because of magic. In fact, I still thought that was the case until I saw someone say it was 10 years on Fanpop and even then that confused me. All the major plot holes in that movie are to do with the time frame though so I've mostly come to shrug it off. posted over a year ago.
