Rapunzel's more knowledgeable, Jasmine's more intelligent. Rapunzel knows more and is good at learning, but Jasmine doesn't know nearly as much but she's still a fast learner and very smart, if that makes any sense. It's the same thing with Belle and Mulan.

^Hmm, interesting point, I agree with what you say about Belle and Mulan, but I think Rapunzel is the more intelligent.
She had no formal training (I'd assume,) but she filled her time with some very erudite hobbies, such as chess and charting stars, as well as being able to blackmail Flynn. I'd definitely say Jasmine is one of the most intelligent, though.
