I think they'd get less hate if they weren't sequels and were just TV series. I don't know why they weren't just made into TV shows, the original movies are very popular. Besides considering the garbage we have on Disney Channel now we definitely need shows like this on there because they'd actually be good.

I think that the TV shows (like the Aladdin one and Timon and Pumba) are stupid.

I love those shows. Besides they're way better than Phineas and Ferb, Fish Hooks, Austin and Ally, and Dog With A Blog.

But Cinderella 2 would have been the better of the two- you really can't do much with Belle stuck in the castle. Belle and Beast get in some stupid argument, there's some stupid solution, and it all happens again next week. I think it would be really stupid. You can do a ton with Cinderella adjusting to being princess and discovering the outside world.

You could do a lot with a Cinderella TV series. Plus, if it had been a TV series, I think it would have a better reputation.
The Beauty and the Beast show would've been extremely repetitive and boring, though I'm pretty sure it still would've at least been better than Austin & Ally and Shake it Up. Till now, I still can't figure out why those exist.

I don't think the qualities were changed even if these are TV series instead of movies. I always though most of Disney sequels and TV series are mediocre at best.
