I think she is intelligent, she just does reckless things. She's not stupid.

Rapunzel is a little underrated, some people rank her low without explaining clearly why when I think she is the second smartest Princess. But she does get enough recognition IMO. I finally picked her anyway because I don't think any of the others are really underrated. None of them are stupid but it's not like the Princesses are often called dumb on this club, people just say some are not as smart as the others.

Rapunzel has been getting more love in the smarts department, I think.
Mulan is really smart and makes good decisions quickly. I just do not think a lot of people see it. She is only slightly underrated though.

Guys, she charted the stars and it's consistency and SHE MADE DISCOVERIES ON HER OWN BY OBSERVING THE STARS. Her discoveries are WAY ahead of her time.

Anyways, Mulan is not smart, but she is clever. She uses her resources to get what she wants done.

She's not the smartest, but I think she's smarter than people give her credit for. She's a fast learner.

I don't think Mulan is underrated in intelligence at all... plenty of people view her as smart & logical.

I chose her only because she is not a complete ditz. She was aware that the fairies were up to something, and was smart enough to tell Phillip to come to HER home. Next would be Jasmine.

I do think she's far from the smartest DP, but people often make her out to be one of the stupidest- and while it was, admittedly, a bit naïve of her not to suspect the witch of any foul play, other than that she actually shows some signs of at least average intelligence. I'm assuming she came up with the plan for her brothers to use the echoing and shadow puppets, and she is very eloquent.

Mulan is becoming more recognised as intelligent. Rapunzel is still low on the list, but she is quite an intelligent young woman

I don't think Jasmine, she's perfectly rated IMO. She ranks high in countdowns and I've seen lots of people have her in the top 2. It was like that before anyway.
