She's my least favorite.....gosh now we have an Ariel support team, Merida support team, and Tangled support team..

Um... she's my least favorite too, so I doubt I qualify, but I'm glad she has support! But whoahoho, there is quite a support group craze going around!

She is also my least favorite. So...I doubt that I will actually support her.

I would join a Merida support team even though she's my least favorite... I love all of the DPs.

^ Yes, but there are like three support groups already and I'm not exactly sure what the point of any of them is anyway.

They're mostly just so that we have a place to defend our beloved princess. It kinda gets old having to listen to everyone say what they hate about Ariel all the time, just my opinion.

In all seriousness, Ariel has enough supporters that I don't think she really needs any help. She's easily one of the most popular Disney Princesses of all time and still going strong. Walk into any room or enter any forum, ask everyone who their favorite Disney Princess is, and odds are at least several will pick her, and roughly a third to half will include her in their top three. Even on this website, which has the least amount of Ariel love I've seen in my life, still has her hovering high on popularity polls and mentioned fondly by many fans. She'll be all right.

^That's the problem, it's only on the polls. You go into the comments and you hardly see any Ariel supporters. I think she could still use some support from her fans.

Don't most people frequent the polls most anyway?

Like I said, she's got plenty of fans and praise almost everywhere you go. She tops popularity polls and even seems to get decent support in the forums and articles. It's just in the comments section of polls that those of us that don't like her have outlet to say why we aren't fond of her. (Many of these polls ask for opinions on princesses so we're able to give it. "I don't agree with her placement on this list because X" "I don't think she's the most X because of Y.")

If anything, I think MERIDA could use some support because she seems to be the most hated princesses in here and out (despite having a personality and goals very similar to Ariel). She seems to hover near or at the bottom of most popularity lists, gets criticized endlessly in most wall, forum and article posts, etc.

She is my 3rd fav princess but no one HATES her and if they do it's really rare and ariel does deserve it in a way not to mention SHE IS NOT REAL it's not like they are going to hurt Ariel's feelings it's not like hating ariel isn't understandable same with my fav princess I could care less if you hate Cinderella I probably won't like you but it's better than starting an argument about it like your not going to change that persons opinion about ariel so really it's just starting an argument over nothing just thought I'd share that with you
