And Cinderella. But it's also probably she also would like it's Snow White - it would be released in a few years from the year PatF happens (1926, right?)

You would think Cinderella because it's also about a poor girl working her way into the classy big leagues.

I think she could relate to Mulan's closeness with her father, her wish to make him proud, her decision to join the army in his place to save his life (since Tiana's own father died serving in WWI), and strongly approve of Mulan spending the rest of the movie working really hard to make everything happen. No prince, no fairy god mother, no wishing stars, just plain hard work, training, and her own ingenuity.
