Ariel. She's constantly excused for being "misunderstood".

I'm not sure...Ariel is constantly defended by her fans and she has a swarm of fans, just, I do hate on her constantly (I've been lightening up, give me a break!) And I definitely see other people who dislike her also. Eh, I'm in the middle for this one. Outside of fanpop she is VASTLY overrated, but on fanpop she gets her grieve and her love, it balances out so that's why I'm choosing this.

Outside fanpop, Anna is overrated because she's the main character of the phenomenal Frozen. Inside here, she's not that overrated but not underrated either.

Yeah, Mulan is overrated.

I don't know, Elsa is way more loved than Anna irl. Poor girl, kids don't want her toys and costumes just because she doesn't have powers.

Anyway, for how she brings nothing new to the table, Rapunzel is pretty overhyped, and people love her for the same dang reasons they hate in Snow White minus the voice. I think Belle is overrated too (90% of her fans, at least outside of here, only like her for reading/having a library) but at least she's more original.

Snow White, i don't find her overrated but underrated neither

Snow is definitely not overrated but I can't call her underrated either so I guess she's in between.

Poca isn't underrated or overrated she's in between I guess.

Ariel

Snow White isn't overrated, but I don't think she's underrated either. People still love her because she was the first Disney Princess, and one of the reason's Disney himself was such a success.

Elsa, duh!

It's quite hard with Elsa, because she gets a lot hate but also love at the same time.

One of the most popular Disney Princesses everywhere I go, and for the life of me I've never seen how great she's supposed to be.

Anna. At least in fanpop, I'd say she's not very popular but she has her fair share of fans.

My least favorite as of now is Pocahontas, and she hardly receives any attention outside of Fanpop (or the internet in general).

Pocahontas is a little bit overrated on Fanpop but in outside she's underrated.

I find traits Merida represents and is praised for( like determination) overrated. While Merida isn't very popular but being unpopular doesn't automatically make you underrated. I agree with all of criticism she gets, the only criticism of her I disagree with is the one that comes from conservative Revival haters( I really dislike this part of Disney fanbase) who can't accept a princess who is any different from early ones( while what I personally dislike about Merida doesn't apply to Tiana or Rapunzel at all), especially I dislike the criticism of her for not being beautiful or romantic enough.
