I really hate the term "virgin." It's a social construct, with little scientific basis since there are so many levels and so many ways to have "sex," and people can't agree on what "REALLY constitutes sex" and what's "not really sex." What's more, the logic behind it is faulty. It's often just used to objectify and turn people's bodies into commodities and shame people. ("She's a slut because she's not a virgin" or "He's not a man because he's a virgin.")
WITH THAT SAID, Tiana is shown to reject any kind of social activity, from dating to dancing, and to be oblivious to the advances some men make on her (like that dandy on the trolley). I doubt she had time to butter up a honey.
