I don't consider any of them role models for young girls. I see them as entertainment value primarily, and the merchandizing is mostly a cute cash-cow. ( I'm guilty of being attracted to cute things).
Most, yes, but parents should be the primary role models. adults need to start setting examples themselves and stop being so dependent on entertainment to raise their kids.
^^^ Agreed wholeheartedly with what AudreyFreak said. This is why I don't consider any of the DPs role models. The DPs are fun, they're pretty, they teach a couple of lessons... but they AREN'T any substitute for real life models, like one's parents.
