We try not to get on each other's nerves. I try to be obedient for the most part. In retrospect, my mother had/has rigid ideas about who I was "supposed" to turn out to be, and she had expectations that didn't necessarily mesh with mine.

I guess my mother knows best when it comes to herself, but not necessarily when it comes to me.

Me and my mum get on rly well and she is right about almost everything, especially when it comes to what movies are good.
