No. The live action black and white Hunchback of Notre Dame from 1939 did. But I was 10 at the time.

To my knowledge, no Disney movies have scared me.

The Evil Queen in Snow White scared the crap out of me as a kid. It's one of the main reasons why she's one of my favorite villains now, because very few villains have succeeded in truly scaring me.
