She's not exactly my first choice for Ariel but I'm perfectly fine with a black woman or any woman of color playing Ariel. That is, provided that she does well in the role, has the vocal chops required for Ariel who is supposed to have the most beautiful voice (Since it's a HUGE part of the plot), and has red hair because Ariel without red hair is just BLASPHEMY. Keke is an amazing actress, has a great voice, has proven in her role of the stage version of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella that she can sing classical, she's gorgeous, and just kills it in any role she's in. Plus, she has dyed her hair red before, so she looks great with the hair color. That's right, these pictures are real and not just edits I did. Again, not my first choice, but I would be happy with her in the role, as long as her hair is red.

Not impressed with her, either. I'm done with all of the remakes, to be honest.

Ugh, she looks so fake, I mean look at her face....I don't know but way too fake for a DP.
I don't know her so I only can judge her appearance.

I'm in the same boat as tiffany88, just look at those photos. Her whole attitide just screams "Urgh, I'm SO above ya all! Duh!"

You're judging her only based off photos? There are no words to describe just how ridiculous that is. You realized these were how she were supposed to pose. How about judging her talent and not based off three pictures you've seen of her with red hair. -_-

You can't judge based off one selfie when she's had many different selfies, including ones where she's goofy. She's actually a very goofy and laid back but badass person. I'll let that go because of how you're going to check out her acting talent. This link below I feel would show how well she could do with when Ariel and Triton are arguing.
