What Cindy said. Not only that but she clearly has a pretty strong grip on Gothel who couldn't get away. And we know she does exercise. Then Mulan, Merida, Pocahontas and Ariel (I'm always surprised to see people think she would be physically weak like swimming doesn't isn't great for building muscle).
