Tiana leaves Naveen to fend for himself with the alligators, and she cusses out Ray for loving the star, Evangeline.

I think so. Ariel and Jasmine are close.

She does have one kind moment with the hungry little boy but that's it. I don't think she's the evil brat some do but telling a guy to kill himself is terrible.

Then Ariel. Like Merida, she just doesn't really do anything particularly kind, and ended up really hurting her family but she's higher because she never shows to have malicious intent towards anyone either.

Then Tiana or Pocahontas. Pocahontas is a decent person, she's very open minded, and hey, she stopped a war with no bloodshed, but she's pretty thoughtless towards others' feelings sometimes (mostly Nakoma, who was an incredibly good friend to her).

I actually don't think Tiana is mean. She's judgy for sure, but like Jasmine I think her nastiness is exaggerated. But yet again, she doesn't really ever try to do nice things for others.

None of them are bad people for not being complete sweethearts either, before anyone bites my head off.
