I downloaded these sims from a custom content website. I don't know why the six sisters have seashell bras on the outside of their clothes on every single outfit they wear. I also don't know why the other characters can't adopt the seashell bras whilst in the mermaid forms. So I apologise about the skimpy bikini bras. But there's nothing I can do to fix the problem.

Try to ignore the bras when voting. Focus on the face, outfit, hairstyle and jewellery if there is any.
