Don't go with strangers - Don't stay in a beast's castle and most importantly don't FALL IN LOVE with a beast.

While both were judged for being out of the social norm, Mulan actually tried to make something of herself and prove to people she wasn't just an outcast, whereas Belle just took the judgements and never really did anything with herself.

Also the whole staying with an abusive person thing is bad.

And Scnusch, actually, that is what makes her a great role model (falling in love with someone not just because of their looks, even though the person she fell in love with is really lame).

But yeah, Mulan is the best role model. Showing that girl´s can kick ass, that not letting your family decide for you, to make your own decisions (even though you might "fail").

i think it's kinda ridiculous that belle is in the top 2. i mean, she's a good role model, but i think jasmine, tiana and pocahontas are much better -__-

Shocked that Tiana is gone...wow. Anyways, I HIGHLY admire Mulan for her devotion to protect her family and her bravery, but what she did was extremly dangerous, and put her and her family in danger. Luckily for her it all ended well.

I admire both. Mulan because she risked her life for her dad, but she did run away from home and impersonate a solider.

I admire Belle because she didn't judge someone on the outside. She looked inside and saw him as a beautiful soul. Now days, people judge all the time and they rarely ever get to the same conclusion Belle did.
