I've thought long and hard about this - Aurora, Ariel, Pocahontas and Jasmine are actually fairly spoiled. Belle's adventure is over in a couple of days. Mulan and Tiana had to face a lot of hardships over a longer period of time, but both of them have a good support system to back them up (loving parents, friends). That leaves Snow White, Cinderella and Rapunzel, the three who grew up in abusive households. Naturally Rapunzel didn't know what Gothel did to her, but that's in a sense even worse, since she didn't know that this was something she had to shield herself against. Plus, Snow White's and Cinderella's adventures are over very fast - Rapunzel nearly drowns, gets attacked, betrayed and finally looses the love of her life (luckily not permanently).

and she wasn't strong enough.Mulan,Jasmine,Tiana,Pocahontas had difficult situations but they were strongs and they could make do.

She lost her family everything also Snow White.

She's not an offical princess but I definitely think she wins in this category. she had to deal with Frollo o_O
