Yes. Put it this way. All the princes were virgins. If not then they might would have found a wife long time ago. The only two people I can think of that maybe are not one are Flynn and Naveen. They're such big flirts. Plus, they're more of the modern type of princes, because their movies are newer. So there could be a chance they went more into the sexual things with a girl in their past. The older Disney seemed more against that sort of thing in the classic DP movies. The new Disney looks like it's a little more open to things with all the flirting Princes. It has a more sexual chemistry going on through the looks and tones of voice they give to their character.
