Disney Princess Would your opinion on Ariel be any different if she was FORCED to take Ursula's 3-days-to-become-human deal rather than voluntarily choosing?

Well yeah, I admire her a lot for taking that deal and risking so much for her dream. If she was forced to take it then, I don't know, she wouldn't be as admirable for me.

Yeah, then i would wonder if she followed her dream by herself or she did it by force. i'd love her less since i don't know if she would go through it all be herself !

Definitely! I would like her a lot more. Not I really don't like her selfishness and lack of concern for anybody else but herself.

I would like her more in a Belle-type way but yeah, Poca would be my favorite then.

I would actually like her less. Its our choices that really define us as a person, and if she was just forced into it, I dont know, I guess her character wouldn't speak to me as much.

I'd still love her but I am really not sure how this would work. I mean, I admire her for going out and acheiving her dreams. This idea would not work because it would make her wimpy and would make me question whether she really loves Eric or not. My feelings are the same as princessforlife.

I'd like her less. I admired her for taking a risk for her dream. She was so brave and grown up. You take that away you lose the magic that is Ariel.
