a vivid dream is were you dont know your dreaming untill your awake. a lucid dream is were you know your dreaming and you can "controll" your dream a little. if you want to have more lucid dreams eat cheese befor going to sleep or wake up in the middle of the night and the back to sleep (this makes it 40%more chance you will have a lucid dream)
