Fanpop Question

How do I add a new forum topic?

There's no such option. I can add anything else but forum topics. Is there something I can do to make it work? Do I need to get more fans, or more props, more gold, or something, or is it just off limit for a newbie like me?

It's very simple actually.
Step 1: Click on the forum section
Step 2: In the top right corner, you'll see an 'Add forum topic button'. Click it.
Step 3: Now you have to type in a title and information/description etc. about the forum.
Step 4: Click post.

Well, I can give it a try, but the button right next to Add forum topic is missing from my browser.
