Is there a way to see who started a club? Is there a way to see when the club was made?

I don't think there's a way to know who created a club, other than in obvious cases where the only other member is the creator. We're not really meant to think of clubs as belonging to the person who created them - once made they belong to all members, not just that first person. That's also why larger clubs have polls to change their appearance - so all members have a say and the creator can't force his or her preferences on the club. You can always ask "who made this club?" in that club though, and if the creator is still active he or she might answer.

You can't really tell how old a club is either. You can guess from the age of the earliest content, but once those are more than a year old it gets vague.
