Pesto is a great thing to add to noodles. You could also add something as simple as salt and pepper. A few times, I've added bacon and cheese to noodles, and it is really good. Alfredo sauce is another good option. Many times, I've added basil and garlic to noodles.

my favourite is Spaghetti Aglio e Olio here's the recipe:
Ingredients
1 pound uncooked spaghetti
6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
½ cup olive oil
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
¼ cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain and transfer to a pasta bowl.
Step 2
Combine garlic and olive oil in a cold skillet. Cook over medium heat to slowly toast garlic, about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low when olive oil begins to bubble. Cook and stir until garlic is golden brown, about another 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Stir red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt into the pasta. Pour in olive oil and garlic, and sprinkle on Italian parsley and half of the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese; stir until combined.
Step 4
Serve pasta topped with the remaining Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.

You can add marinara sauce to noodles to make them taste good. Of course, you want to make sure you add seasoning to the sauce. Otherwise, it'll just be noodles and tomato paste. My mom usually adds garlic powder, onion salt, and ground mustard. She also uses a little bit of brown sugar for sweetness, and she uses a little bit of hot sauce. You don't need a lot of it, or it'll be overwhelming. You can add ground beef to the sauce if you want to, but that is optional. Just make sure you brown the meat before adding it to the sauce.

Grate a carrot, cut onion in tiny pieces, boil pasta, fry the onion and carrot, after a while add boiled pasta to the frying pan, mix with onions and carrot, let the pasta fry until becomes kinda golden, you can also add a spoon of tomato sauce/ketchup while frying and stir it all.
Serve sprinkled with some grated cheese (optional).
Very simple yet SO DAMN DELICIOUS!!!

Indigrendts:
6 oz. (170 g) skinless and boneless chicken thigh or leg meat, cut into small pieces
10 oz. (300 g) fresh egg noodles
3 tablespoons cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons water
MARINADE:
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Shaoxing wine
3 dashes white pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
GARNISHING:
Sesame seeds
Scallion, sliced diagonally
Rinse the fresh egg noodles with cold water, drain the excess water and set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, marinate the chicken with all the all the seasonings in the Marinade, for 15 minutes.
Heat up a wok with 1 tablespoon of the cooking oil. When the wok is heated, add the chicken into the wok and pan-fry the chicken until slightly charred and blackened on both sides. Remove the chicken from the wok and into a bowl. Set aside.
Clean the wok and heat it up with the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil. Add in the minced garlic and stir-fry until light brown or aromatic. Add the shredded cabbage and carrot into the wok and do a few quick stirs. Stir in the noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Continue to stir fry until the noodles are well blended with the seasonings and completely cooked through. Dish out and transfer into two serving bowls. Top the chicken noodles with the chicken (and its juice), garnish with the sesame seeds and scallion.
