Glee Question

Genuine question about Quinn.

Okay so i'm personally not that big of a fan of Quinn. She's just kinda average and bland to me. And yet alot of you gleekers seems to adore her. And i really don't understand what makes her so special.

So my question is..What is it that makes Quinn so special?

(it is a genuine question. Just trying to understand better)

At first, I didn't like Quinn. She was the stereotypical, blonde, mean cheerleader with the popular boyfriend, the perfect life, etc. It was the one thing about Glee that didn't satisfy me right away, because people made a big deal about how relatable the characters were.

Then, she goes and gets pregnant. I simply wave her off and call her irresponsible, because she continues to be her normal self. But everyone finds out and things change; she's shunned from being popular, she's kicked out of her house. I realized that there was an emotional story here.

It wasn't then that I realized I liked Quinn. It was during the second half of season 1. Quinn was invisible, she lost her boyfriend. I liked her when she became that way, because I thought she was a strong character, who actually had fears now, had something to worry about, and wasn't perfect. She became a somebody.

Then season 2 comes along and rips it to shreds. I know longer adore Quinn Fabray. But I will admit that I once did.

Personally, i am a huge fan of Quinn. And while i can't speak for all other Gleeks, i know that there are a ton of reasons why i like her.

In the first season, she was a typical mean cheerleader. But after joining the Glee club, she became really passionate about the club and she found somewhere she could fit in. Even though she was a popular cheerleader, she realized that she didn't fit in. Her parents didn't approve of her pregnancy, which also shaped her as a character. She leaned on the club for support.

After having her baby, she also really evolved as a character. While she used to be really outgoing and sort of snooty, she became more grounded and closed off as a character, which in her case, was best. When she met Sam, she was reluctant to get involved with him because of her romantic past. But she was able to open up again and fall for Sam.

They haven't done much with Quinn and Sam lately on the show, but she is actually quite a complex character. Sam complements her well, encouraging her to be herself by loving her for who she is.

first of all, well, if ur gonna say that about quinn then u're saying that characters like tina and puck are also average. puck is the typical bad guy who also has a soft side and finn is the typical quarterback who dated the head cheerleader but because of the storyline and well.

secondly, one of the main reason we like quinn character although as ordinary she may be she is easy to relate to and she not that average. she has dealt with many situations although not shown much as the storyline of glee mainly revolves around rachel and finn and their love story, so without much screen time we cant exactly find out much about her but from we can see form the little screen time dianna gets, we can see that even though she is all whole outside and perfect, deep down inside, she is not as whole as you might think. which makes her interesting, looking at her trying to find her place back after having a baby and getting through that which all the drama that happens in high school, it what makes up her personality and it why she is so special and why we love her so..
Let me just clarify, i am a big quinn fan but then again, i love all the glee cast members!! yes guilty as charged.. i'm a gleek... tehehe :D

What's there not to like about Quinn.

Glee is about being different. Yes, we have cheerleasers, jocks, geeks, overweight kids, gays.. but do you know how many girls out there get pregnant while they're in High School. Good girls, who only once made this little mistake. Their lives are turned upside down.. if some of those girls watched Glee, I think they took comfort in Quinn. They mostly don't get the support Quinn had from her friends. The one who don't get abandoned by parents, don't have a nice relathionship with them. Yes, Quinn was kinda bitchy.. but you know, that's High School. People who have the power are bitchy, and they like it. She's not the only one. But she changed. Like thought her something. Quinn is very loveable, well, in my book she is.
