Santana and Quinn in finale?

After their fight, when Santana said "I know what will cheer you up" and Quinn says something like "I'm flattered, but I'm not into that" and then Santana said "no, not THAT"; what the hell did she think they were talking about? I didn't get it!

i think it isnt abt Santana's type it is abt wht she said. we can see a joke like this in any show. and i think tht almost evryone know abt Brittana relationship

We don't know if anyone else knows because Brittany said in front of Tina & Mercedes that she 'plays for the other team' even though she didn't mean it like that. Since Mercedes and Tina are gossips, it's not impossible for them to tell other people because they weren't there when Brittany told Santana what she really meant.
