Oh god yes... the way Blaine said it... so relaxed, like he'd been saying it for years. So calm, and the fact that it took him so long to say it shows he actually means it... everyone else on the show continue falling in/out of love, while Klaine has a devotion that we all hope will never die.
No. I'm pretty sure it kept beating. Maybe even a little faster. It made me VERY happy (Blaine's "I love you"- I wasn't really thinking about my heart right then!)
