Have Quinn and Puck officially dated?

It may seem like the dumbest thing to ask, but I honestly don't know. I asked people on the Wiki and just got confused. The Wiki says they dated from Hell-O until before Audition, but that doesn't make sense. Someone told me that there was a deleted scene in Hell-O where one of them said they were dating. Here's what I know:
-Sectionals: Finn & Quinn break up
-Hell-O: Puck and Quinn have a small argument over her "supersizing" and his need for sex
-Bad Reputation: They walk out together during TEotH
-Laryngitis: Quinn encourages Mercedes to date Puck. She also mentions that he annoys her and she seems more upset at not getting to eat bacon than someone with Puck.

(Also Tina called Quinn Puck's 'girlfriend.' in Bad Rep). Unknown for the rest of the season. When Puck sang Beth, and when Quinn asked Puck if he loved her in "Journey' don't seem like they were dating. I think that they were sort of together, but more for the baby than for being in a romantic relationship. Otherwise, it would mean that they were dating starting in Hell-O, mutually and unceremoniously broke up before Laryngitis, and got back together after the episode. Then they broke up sometime after Beth was born.

This does sound like a strange question until I started to think about it...offically I have no clue. I was thinking about how Tina is the only girl in glee club he hasn't had any kind of romantic relationship with.

I'm guessing they did officially date, but I'm not positive. They made out a couple of times, but we didn't actually see them date. Maybe they did but not on screen...or not.
