Who is Sue's baby daddy?

I have no idea, but i'm betting on David Martinez ;-)
Because when Sue told Will she no longer needed his "baby gravy" (EW) and walked away, Will said "who's more macho then Will Schuester?", and I automatically answered David Martinez.
Like I said, i'm completely in the dark.
