Well, I've thought of a lot of different possobilities. (From least likely to most likely)

1. She'll die
2. She'll be in a wheelchair
3. A few broken bones
4. There will be a whole boring segment on how she has to pay for her car repair

Also, Rachel and Finn will cancel their wedding...
Which will make the parents happy...
And Finn/Rachel will be upset...

OOH! Or, she'll forget a bunch of stuff and think she is still dating Finn!!!!!

She is Fine and she will get closer to Artie or Finn will pity her and get closer to her, and Bye Bye Rachel
