Beyond the Boiling Point
Kitchen Nightmares (seasons 1 & 2)
Hell's Kitchen (seasons 1 & 2)
The F-Word (season 1)

My favorite was The F-Word and Kitchen Nightmares. I enjoyed the Hell's Kitchen series, but there's not as much food or cooking in the show -- just way more yelling.

I found the Boiling Point programs to be kinda boring and not especially interesting (a lot of stuff about Gordon trying to get his Michelin stars and just running around yelling at people).

Just started F-Word season 2 which looks great!
