Jenny/Nate... I would give them a chance. I think they would have succeed if Vanessa didn't hide that letter from Jenny. I choose them only because their chance was ruined in season 2. Very selfish, Vanessa.
But, I wouldn't mind Scott/Vanessa because I want to see a real storyline of hers. She really needs it!

Oh, don't worry, although I'm a hard-core Chair fan, I'm not a Vanessa hater and the Vuck scenes were pretty hot for me and full of chemistry, fireworks... Unlike Nair which are YUCK and full of boredomness.
