I know you guys are good at coming up with nicknames so i was wondering if you guys could come up with a new nickname for Meredith and Derek using Shepherd/Grey and or Patrick/Ellen.

For example the nicknames you've come up with is MerDer and Dempeo. i thought it might be a fun thing to do. :)
