Harvest Moon Question

How do I make lots of money fast on Harvest Moon: Island of Happiness?

I've tried fishing in the Summer and Autumn for treasure and fish fossils but I never get any.
My action replay doesn't work on this game.
I need money fast!

PS: I've just started and I've got one cow, about 2000G, a medium house (with fridge, closet, kitchen etc.), Vaughn on green heart and the bridge to the meadow.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Harvest! That's what I did EVERY SINGLE DAY. You can always find lots of grass everywhere. Especially if you've expanded the town, lots of grasses can be found in the forest. Also, pay attention to their qualities. Don't ever mix S quality with others since it'll reduce the price! Fish lots of fishes, ship. I kept on doing these things and received a lot of money.
