Instagram Question

Heeeeeelp please

So i went to log in my account but was using the wrong log in name so i recon i forgot the password so without thinking sent an email to recover it and found out IT WASNT EVEN MY ACCOUNT AFTER SENDING IT so now im freaking out thinking that this person might assume someone is trying to hack them or something and am thinkin they can some how find this out and track me down and question me ino it sounds stupid but im just a bit worried...any advice??

don't worry - I've done it all :P from sending embarrassing things to a wrong number or email to the exact same thing that happened to you! so don't worry you're not even sure an account with the username you typed exists! :) and even if it does - the owner of it, after finding the email will log in,check for any changes on their account, won't find any then change the password in case their account was hacked and ignore it! ^^
