Can you tell me the name/artist of this song?

This is a bit random, but bear with me...

I remember seeing a film clip years ago (it probably would have been around 2002) on the country music station (don't ask) and it was a really weird song with a male and female singing. But all the lyrics were about how to connect your VCR to the television, it was so bizarre. I think at least one of the singers was kinda well known, but I have no idea who did it or what the song was called. It just popped into my head the other day and no-one i told about it believes that this song exists.

I tried googling it with no success, so I thought I'd pose the question to the Poppers! If you have any knowledge of this song, please let me know!
