I love writing songs n lyrics. But im a bit stuck, can anyone help please??

i write most of my songs bout my life (things lyk betrail, love, hate, fun, happiness n the billity 2 carry on when u feel u cnt) but im stuck on some lyrics for my songs. can any1 help wiv lyrics??? x
