You might want to try "Underclass Hero" by Sum 41. Or maybe "This Cocaine Makes Me Feel Like I'm On This Song" by System of a Down. The latter really isn't emo, it's metal, but if you need something to make you laugh, listen to them or Psychostick.

I don't know if this will go under 'emoish but happy' but I think this will cover the rest.TAB the band is probly one of only TRUE rock bands out there (like the kind you would hear in 1974,but sounds like it could be good in 2074),and they are pure awsome.There is a few on YouTube,mostly live vids,but if you tipe 'TAB the band' into google,you can find there MySpace,and their music is on there.

they arent really happy punk but they are just an amazing young rock band (everyone in the band is under 20 i think) they are called BLACK TIDE and only have one album out but they are really good kinda 70's metal feel to them and they play as good as ozzy's band i swear

Hmm...They aren't all that "happy", but Evanescence has some pretty awesome music. Most people know "Bring me to Life" and "Call Me when You're Sober", but some other good ones are "Whisper", "All That I'm Living For", and "Everybody's Fool".
