Unused Neopets Accounts?

I just lost my account to 37+ months due to me forgetting the random birthday I punched in. I was wondering if anyone had a neopets account they were not using and was over the age of four months.
I don't really see how I could be scamming. I'll change the email, and such. You would be giving over the account.
