It makes it more interesting. It would be pretty boring if it changed from angsty dramatic storyline to fluufy romance. Wouldn't it? You'd get sick of percabeth after a bit(like many fanfic readers have including myself) So no I am not annoyed. I think it makes for a better read.

I am.In the second book "The son pf Neptune " is a damm cliffhanger.Percy was about 5 minutes mostly away from meeting her and then...nothing.the book just ended .
