Percy's eyes snapped open, and he threw the covers off him, trying not to disturb the sleeping Annabeth beside him.
He crept down the stairs, and opened the fridge door, getting the bread out and then buttering it.
He spread the goo that he was craving so badly on the butter, and smashed the two slices together.
Just as he was about to put the sandwich into his mouth, about to take a bite of the delicious food, the kitchen light switched on. He froze, as he heard her voice.
"Percy, please tell me you aren't eating a Vaseline sandwich?"
