How do you make a new fan club?

I've been a member of Fanpop for over a year now, but I still don't know how to create a fan club. Please help me. :)

You start of by going to the fanpop home and search the bottom right corner where you'll see 'more fan clubs'. On the right of the writing you'll find '+create a club' and thats how you do it! Vote for me!!!
